Unique Techniques for Positive Relationship Series (Baggage, Personality, Communication, Anger, and Forgiveness)
These courses will introduce techniques for positive relationships such as: baggage in our lives, personality traits, communication, anger, and forgiveness. Acquiring positive relationship skills for ones personal growth and development is a step in the right direction. In these classes, participants will explore each topic through online activities, group work, role plays, journaling and a pre and post assessment.

Unique Techniques for Positive Relationships #1, Baggage
This training uses the Social Exchange theory and blended-learning techniques to prepare unmarried individuals for healthy relationships through examining past baggage, self-exploration, and other healthy relationship skills enhancing personal growth. Participants learn how to avoid toxic unhealthy relationships and become more assertive in their own personal growth and development.Activities include: a pre and post assessment, mini-lectures, a workbook, a journal, games, group work, and use of electronic devices. Journaling and a teleseminar opportunity follows the course.

This training teaches participants how to increase their interpersonal skills using the very powerful Color Code theory. During the training, the following four colors are introduced: Reds, Blues, Whites, and Yellows. Participants will gain an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each color, why each color does what it does, and how to effectively communicate, interact, and get along with each color. In this course, participants will engage in is a pre and post assessment, a mixture of lecture, group work, and a workbook. Journaling and a teleseminar opportunity follows the course.

The 3 Ways Relationships Work: A Look at Toxic Baggage course looks at toxic baggage as it relates to relationships. The best relationships take work; both in our personal and professional lives. Acquiring knowledge for personal development can give you the upper-hand in your relationships. This course shows you 3 ways relationships work when you have a grasp of the toxic baggage you can have in your life. Participants will be engaged in mini lectures, a workbook, and group activities, that will help discover ways to help relationships work.

The 4 Personality Types You Must Know in Relationships: Using the Color Code course will introduce the Color Code and the strengths and weaknesses of 4 personality types. Each participant will learn their own personality and others as it relates to the Color Code. We may feel we know ourselves and others personality in relationships; although sometimes, we may come short of knowing enough. In this class, participants will be engaged in lecture and group work activities that will bring them closer to knowing their own personality types and others in relationships.

Family Budgeting
This course will help you grasp the idea of family financial planning. It’s never too late to develop a working knowledge of the family’s financial statements. Participants will be engaged in acquiring a working knowledge of the family’s financial statements, acknowledging basic money beliefs, creating and adjusting realistic short and long term financial goals, be able to adjust financial decisions, and create a doable budget with good records organized by month.The participant will be engaged throughout the course via activity sheets and mini quizzes using your own finances.

This course introduces the types of families in today’s society and how they differ. This course will provide information that helps the participant develop a basic knowledge for using principle centered leadership in families. The participant will be engaged in role-plays, discussions, and mini quizzes.

Making Champions of Your Children
This course will help you acknowledge how consistent principle-centered leadership can benefit your family. Participants will become familiar with effective leadership strategies for families, focus on family values, and create realistic leadership goals within the family while maintaining the ability to adjust. The participant will be engaged in a short video, discussions, and team activities which will reinforce the important concepts necessary to make champions of your children.

Time-Management Patterns that Promote Successful Aging
This course will introduce a look at the Life Span Development theory which emphasizes we consistently learn, grow, and age simultaneously. It is essential to adapt a life style that incorporates time management patterns that promote successful aging. Time management models were not designed with an elderly concept. The time is now to gain knowledge on successful aging for yourself and your family. The participant will be engaged via group work, discussions, and mini quizzes which highlight time-management concepts for successful aging.
